Eighth Meeting
8th Bone Biology Forum was held in August 2011. Prof. Bjorn R Olsen from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Jason S Carroll from Cancer Research UK, Cambridge Research Institute and Prof. Hideyuki Saya from Division of Gene Regulation, Institute for Advanced Medical Research, Keio University School of Medicine were invited as plenary talks.Prof. Olsen's talk was titled as New Insights into mechanisms controlling osteoblast differentiation. Dr. Carroll's talk was Understanding mechanisms of Estrogen Receptor transcription, and Prof. Saya, on the Osteosarcoma model using induced cancer stem cell (iCSC).
